Specialisation: Apart from heading the management committee and overseeing the direction of the firm as Senior Partner, Gheorghe Musat is constantly involved in the practice. He has practiced for over 30 years and counts numerous successfully settled court cases before the Supreme Court of Justice and international arbitral tribunals. He has an extensive experience working with foreign investors in Romania, having been involved as team leader in many high profile merger and acquisitions, as well as in most of the major privatisation deals in Romania, acting either on the side of the Romanian Government or the buyers' side.
