Has also participated in several international joint venture and finance transactions by Corporación Nacional del Cobre de Chile (CODELCO).

Career: 1973-76 with the Legal Department of Empresa Nacional del Petróleo (ENAP) Santiago, Chile. 1976-78 private practice. Partner at Carey since 1982. Co-head of Carey's Banking and Finance Group.
