Profile

Specialisation: A criminal defence advocate specialising in serious crime, now one of the Country's leading specalist's in courts martial. He had been leading counsel and junior counsel in caes involving Murder, Columbian 'super grasses', large-scale drugs importation and money laundering. He had successfully defended in heavy fraud, including VAT, Inland Revenue, and customs and excise cases. He is the only advocate to have appeared in all of the following Iraqi abuse and War Crime's trials, R v Cpl Larkin, R v Ptd Di-Gregorio, and R v Cpl Crowcroft, (the first British Soldier to face trial, and be acquitted for war crimes during Operation Telic). He was instructed this year in relation to the Serious Fraud Office investigation of Servern Trent Water Ltd, and as leading counsel in a fraud involving First Quench Retail , part of the Victoria Wine group. He further represented the first of four defendant's in an alleged fraud on One Railway Ltd, part of the National Express Group.
