Specialisation: Nick is Head of the Finance Group at LG which comprises the Banking Practice and the Corporate Recovery and Restructuring Practice. Nick advises banks and financial institutions on structured and secured lending with particular emphasis on real estate backed transactions. Nick also advises the firm's real estate clients on the financing side of their investment structures, which include Propcos/Opcos, limited partnerships, unit trusts and investment trusts. More recently Nick has been extensively involved in restructuring and work-outs both in the UK and internationally.
