Specialisation: James is Head of Dispute Resolution and Co-Head of the Public Advocacy Group. He has a wide ranging commercial litigation practice advising both claimants and defendants. James acts for individuals, particularly in the financial and business sectors. He advises and undertakes clearance and defence work for several publishers and in recent years he has acted in several significant libel actions.
Career: Trained at Mishcon de Reya and became a Partner in 1999.
Personal: Graduated from Leeds University with a BA (Hons) in English and Arabic.
