Commoditised Services: The firm is the UK's leading supplier of commoditised legal services to the insurance, banking and retail sectors and it aims to become the first choice 'outsource provider' for companies and institutions who offer their customers legal and associated services. It also offers mortgage lending, commercial lending and recovery services. Litigation: One of the biggest litigation practices in the UK, Irwin Mitchell's highly specialised teams deliver sophisticated, heavyweight contentious services in several key specialisms to businesses and individuals in the fields of commercial and public law.
