Specialisation: Philippa specialises in clinical negligence and catastrophic injury/personal injury claims. She has done so since qualifying in 1998. Philippa was made a Partner in the Penningtons Clinical Negligence/Personal Injury Team in 2006. She deals with a wide range of clinical negligence cases and has a particular interest and expertise in neurosurgical and orthopaedic cases. Her personal injury practice is predominantly serious brain and spinal injury claims, mostly done under CFA.
