Practice Areas: As a Partner and Head of Technology and Media, Jessica has over 10 years experience of advising businesses on intellectual property and technology matters. Her wide experience covers contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters, such as infringement and passing off, trade mark oppositions and validity issues, trade mark registrations and portfolio management, licensing and transfers. On the IT front, she deals with all types of software, hardware and hosting contracts, internet issues and data protection. Her clients include technology owners, media businesses, retailers, creative businesses and entrepreneurs.
