Practice Areas: Danny Tricot is an English-qualified partner in Skadden’s capital markets practice. He has experience across the full spectrum of capital markets work, including equity and debt work, acting for issuers and underwriters. On the equity side, Mr Tricot has advised on initial public offerings, rights offerings and private placings. On the debt side, Mr Tricot’s experience covers structured finance work, convertible and other equity-linked bonds and sovereign bonds.
Career: Mr Tricot qualified in 1998. He trained and worked at Allen & Overy from 1996 to 2000. He joined Skadden in 2000 and was made Partner in 2007.
