Practice Areas: Mr Murray-Jones specialises in international mergers and acquisitions with an emphasis on private equity. He has advised on numerous cross-border acquisitions, many of which were highly leveraged. Many of these transactions required complex financing packages, which Mr Murray-Jones was involved in structuring. Mr Murray-Jones also has extensive experience in UK domestic transactions, including those subject to the Takeover Code and the listing rules.
Career: Qualified in Australia in 1976 and in England in 1981. Became a Partner at Durrant Piesse (now part of Hogan Lovells LLP) in 1986, and joined Skadden as a Partner in 2001.
