Practice Areas: Mr Mayer leads a Product Liability and Toxic Torts Practice Group that includes over 75 lawyers. The group serves as national coordinating counsel and trial counsel for major US and European corporations in litigation involving a wide range of products, including pharmaceuticals. These include some of the most active and well-publicized individual and class action litigations pending in the United States.
Publications: Co-author with Robb W Patryk of the treatise Product Liability (Law Journal Seminars-Press); numerous published articles on product liability and complex litigation topics.
