Paul McNeil is Head of Medical Negligence and Personal Injury at FFW and has more than 25 years' experience acting for those injured through medical negligence or personal injury accidents. Recently Paul has settled the following cases: Oxford Radcliffe Hospital agrees £9.6 million settlement for boy born with cerebral palsy; £650,000 recovered from St Andrew's Hospital for complex regional pain syndrome; £150,000 recovered after obstetric negligence claim; £9 million midwifery claim against hospital in Cambridge; £10.5 Million package secured against Lewisham Hospital; £1 million for loss of mother during pregnancy; Royal Victoria Hospital, Newcastle pays £2.9 million for botched forceps delivery.
Paul regularly speaks at conferences and events including RoadPeace and BISWG (Brain Injury Social Work Group) conferences. He also contributed a chapter to the well-received “Experts in the Civil Courts” edited by Sir Louis Blom Cooper QC.
